Terms of service.

The plain-language terms for using this website and the integrations VectorCraft Labs LLC operates.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to vectorcraftlabs.com (the "Site") and to the internal integrations operated by VectorCraft Labs LLC ("VCL", "we", "us"), a company based in Ohio, USA. You can reach us at hello@vectorcraftlabs.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Site or an authorized VCL-operated integration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

3. What the Site and integrations are

The Site provides information about VCL and links and features that VCL makes available. VCL also operates a Google OAuth integration that is used for authorized VCL business automation. That integration is internal to VCL. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public.

4. Authorized use

You may use the Site and any VCL-operated integration only for lawful purposes, and only with accounts and data that you are authorized to access.

5. Google and other third-party services

Google APIs and other third-party services that the Site or our integrations rely on remain subject to their own terms and policies. VCL's access through Google depends on the authorization you give, and you can revoke it at any time in your Google Account's third-party access settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through the Site, including how data received from Google is used, limited, and protected.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or of our integrations at any time. We do not promise that the Site or any feature will be available without interruption, or that it will be available permanently.

8. No misuse

Please do not:

  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account or data;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site or our integrations, including by scraping intended to disrupt the service;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
  • abuse the Site or our integrations; or
  • use the Site or our integrations in any unlawful way.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, and software are owned by VCL or used with permission. Using the Site does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

10. Disclaimer

The Site, its information, and our integrations are provided "as available." We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the current version on this page along with its effective date.
