1. Who we are

This policy applies to vectorcraftlabs.com (the "Site") and to the internal software VectorCraft Labs LLC ("VCL", "we", "us") operates from Ohio, USA. You can reach us at hello@vectorcraftlabs.com.

2. Information collected through this Site

Contact form

If you send a brief through the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, project type, your business or organization (optional), and your message. The form is processed by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this Site. We use this information to read and reply to your message and to discuss the work you asked about.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.

Site analytics and hosting

The Site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web host, processes technical request data such as IP address and browser details to serve pages. The Site also includes Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports aggregate visit and performance information about how the Site is used. We use it to understand Site traffic and performance.

Fonts

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when you view them. Google receives the standard technical information that accompanies such a request.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other sites, such as our Etsy shop. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

3. Google user data

This section describes how VCL uses data it receives through Google APIs. It applies only to that data.

What the integration is for

VCL's Google integration currently supports VCL's own internal business automation. It connects VCL's own Google account to VCL's internal systems. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public.

Scopes we request

Calendar (app-created)	calendar.app.created	Create and manage only the calendars and events that VCL's application itself creates. It does not give access to your other calendars or events.
Drive (per-file)	drive.file	Access only files and folders that VCL's application creates, or files that have been explicitly authorized or shared with the application. It does not give access to the rest of your Drive.
Pub/Sub	pubsub	Used as the message transport that delivers Google and Gmail change notifications to VCL's systems.

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide and operate the authorized VCL automation described above, and for the security and diagnostics needed to keep it working safely. We do not use it for any other purpose.

What we do not do

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting or interest-based advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not read email message bodies or attachments through the Gmail metadata scope.

Sharing and transfer

We do not transfer or share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the authorized functionality, to comply with applicable law or protect security, or as you explicitly direct or consent to.

Google API Services User Data Policy

VCL's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

We handle Google credentials and data with reasonable safeguards. Access credentials are kept in a managed secrets store and protected file permissions rather than in source code, and access is limited to the systems and people that need it to operate the integration. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any security certification or third-party audit.

Revoking access and requesting deletion

• Revoke access. You can revoke VCL's access to your Google Account at any time in your Google Account's third-party access settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Request deletion. You can ask us to delete Google-derived data that VCL holds by emailing hello@vectorcraftlabs.com. We will act on verified requests.

4. How we use and share information more generally

We use the information described in section 2 to run the Site, respond to inquiries, and keep the Site secure and working. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above as needed to operate the Site, when required by law, or when you direct us to.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information you sent us, email hello@vectorcraftlabs.com.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this page and change the date at the top. If our use of Google user data changes materially, we will update this page and, where Google requires it, seek fresh consent.
